This site has a bit of a history. To the best of my knowledge it started out as the Swiss Chalet which later became Blakes and then the Bondi Beach "Where The Party Never Ends". In 2008 it was reported that Treasury Holdings had reduced the asking rent by €170,000 but it would appear that no one was interested.

In a way they were correct when they claimed that the "Party Never Ends" because a ghost website remains at www.freewebs.com/bondibeachclub/
